Abstract
- Two new isodrimene sesquiterpenes (1, 2) were isolated from the fermentation broth of Poluporus arcularius.
- (1S,2S)-1-phenyl-1,2-dihydroxypropane (3) was isolated as a natural compound for the first time.
- The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.
- Compound 1 showed plant growth inhibition to lettuce seedling hypocotyl at IC50 1.3Â mM.
