Abstract
⺠The isolation and identification of furanocoumarins from twigs of Feroniella lucida. ⺠The absolute configurations of lucidafuranocoumarin C (2) was determined by applied Mosher's method. ⺠Compounds 3 and 6 were selectively active against NCI-H187 (IC50 24.82 μM) and KB (IC50 35.51 μM) cells, respectively. ⺠The relative biogenetic pathway of the side chain of furanocoumarins 1-5.
