Abstract
⺠Fungal endophytes are a remarkable source of bioactive natural products. ⺠Two endophytes, Xylaria sp. and Penicillium sp., have been isolated. ⺠Both endophytes produced one new and two known dihydroisocoumarins. ⺠The isolated dihydroisocoumarins displayed antifungal and AChE inhibitory activities.
