Abstract
⺠Immunoaffinity chromatography (IAC) can be used for the clean-up and the concentration of complex biological matrices, such as plant extracts. ⺠A set of immunosorbents specific for selected isoflavonoids has been prepared. ⺠An off-line combination of isoflavonoid-specific IAC and HPLC-ESI-MS is used for detection of isoflavonoids in non-leguminous plants.
