Abstract
⺠A new diketopiperazine dimer eurocristatine was isolated from the marine fungus Eurotium cristatum. ⺠The absolute configuration of the stereogenic carbons of eurocristatine was determined by X-ray crystallography. ⺠Erythroglaucin, physcion, catenarin, emodin, echinulin, neoechinulin A, neoechinulin E, variecolorin J were also isolated from this marine fungus.
