Abstract
An accurate, simple, and selective HPLC method for the separation and the quantification of anthraquinones in the bark of Rhamnus saxatilis (Fam. Rhamnaceae) and its phytopreparations is described. The recorded results were used to obtain a specific fingerprint for this species in comparison with others from the same family.
