Abstract
► We investigated the constituents of the Paeonia suffruticosa seeds. ► Three new monoterpene glycosides and eight known compounds were obtained. ► These compounds could protect HEK293 cells against 60Co γ-rays irradiation induced cell death and cell apoptosis. ► Two compounds could inhibit the γ-H2AX foci formation.
