Abstract
⺠This study reports on the isolation of six indole alkaloids being two new. ⺠Structure elucidation of the new and known alkaloids were made based on 1D- and 2D-NMR and mass spectroscopic analyses. ⺠The extracts exhibited fairly high antioxidant and anticholinesterase activities. However, almost no activity was observed for the tested alkaloids 1-3, and 6.
