Abstract
⺠We report new 1-epi-chiliophyllin compound from T. chiliophyllum var. monocephalum. ⺠Extracts of the plant showed high contact toxicity against Sitophilus granarius. ⺠Extracts of the plant also showed high DPPH scavenging activity. ⺠Two flavones isolated from this plant showed low DPPH scavenging activity.
