Abstract
β-Collatolic acid (6) along with a new compound deoxycollatolic acid (7) were isolated from the crustose lichen Tephromela atra. The complex equilibrium of collatolic acid derivatives was discussed according to the NMR data recorded at various temperatures (223-353 K).
