Abstract
⺠A new benzophenone-congestiflorone (1) was obtained from Mesua congestiflora. ⺠Structural elucidation was supported by 1D and 2D NMR, IR, UV and MS. ⺠The absolute configuration was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. ⺠Congestiflorone gave good cytotoxic activity against Raji lymphoma cell line.
