Abstract
⺠16 lanostane triterpene derivatives including a new ganodermacetal were isolated from Ganoderma amboinense. ⺠Ganodermacetal (1) possessed an unusual acetonide functionality at C-7 and C-15. ⺠Some metabolites showed pronounced toxic activity to the brine shrimp.
