Abstract
► Dehydroleucodine and a new sesquiterpene acid (dehydroparishin-B) were isolated from Artemisia douglasiana. ► Structure elucidation was made based on 1D and 2D NMR and mass spectroscopic analyses. ► Both sesquiterpenes inhibited proliferation and migration of B16 melanoma cells. ► Dehydroleucodine showed a higher inhibitory effect than the standard helenalin.
