Abstract
⺠Shigella flexneri and Candida albicans were sensitive to all the tested compounds. ⺠Isolation and characterization of a new stigmastane steroid, vernoguinoside A. ⺠Vernoguinoside A and vernoguinoside exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities.
