Abstract
⺠Two new furostanol saponins from the Dioscorea panthaica were isolated. ⺠The structures of the new saponins were determined by detailed analysis of spectral data. ⺠The inhibitory activities of all separated against α-glucosidase were investigated for the first time. ⺠Two saponins were found to exhibit potent activities against α-glucosidase.
