Abstract
Two new degraded diterpenoids, neoboutomannin (1) and manniorthoquinone (2), were isolated from the stem bark of Neoboutonia mannii (Euphorbiaceae). The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of the CH2Cl2-MeOH (1:1) extract and some isolates were evaluated.
