Abstract
Poly (4-chloromethyl styrene)/TiO2 nanocomposite was synthesized by in situ free radical polymerizing of 4-chloromethyl styrene monomers in the presence of3-(trimethoxysilyl) propylmethacrylate (MPS) modified nano-TiO2. Thereafter, synthesized TEMPO-terminated poly (4-chloromethyl styrene)/TiO2 macroinitiator, initiates ''living'' free radical polymerization of 4-vinylpyridine monomers to yield the controlled graft copolymer [(PCMS-g-P4VP)/TiO2]
