Abstract
Twelve new lanostane triterpenoids, astraeusins A-L (1-12), together with six known compounds, were isolated from the food mushroom Astraeus odoratus. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and chemical correlations. Antibacterial and cytotoxic activities of these lanostanoids were evaluated.
