Abstract
15N-Choline-d13 was synthesized as a new biomarker for dynamic nuclear polarization, and the lifetime of the polarized signal governed by the spin-lattice relaxation time T1 was measured. 15N-Choline-d13 exhibited a T1 that was over twice as long as that of 15N-choline, and the hyperpolarized 15N signal could be observed for 1Â h.
