Abstract
An enantiospecific coupling of propargylic esters and carbonates with arylboronic acids has been developed using a palladium catalyst. Optically active 1,3-disubstituted allenes were synthesized with high enantiomeric excesses by carrying out the reactions under basic aqueous conditions.
