Abstract
A large range of palladium-catalysed C-N and C-C couplings (allylation and arylation, respectively) are achieved with a notable effectiveness using an easily accessible ferrocenyl bis(furylphosphine) in 10â1-10â4Â mol% concentrations. These results shed a light on the use of the neglected bulky phosphines of low Ï-donicity in suitable catalytic reactions, and herein in nucleophilic allylic substitution.
