Abstract
- We report a one-pot multi-step synthesis of CDP-Ethanolamine and CDP-Choline.
- CDP-Ethanolamine shows pH-mediated coalescence of 31P NMR signals.
- The 31P NMR peak splitting pattern of CDP-Ethanolamine is pH dependent.
- The 31P NMR pattern is related to the ionization state of the primary amino group.
