Abstract
Binuclear ruthenium(II) pyridazine complex was synthesized from the reaction of diamine pyridazine ligand with [RuHCl(CO)(AsPh3)3]. The synthesized complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, and X-ray diffraction methods. The catalytic activity of the complex for the transfer hydrogenation of ketones has been investigated in the presence of isopropanol/KOH.
