Abstract
Benzyl aryl ketones reacted with 2-azido-1,3-dimethylimidazolinium hexafluorophosphate (ADMP, 1) to give migratory amidated compounds, which were transformed into the corresponding diarylacetamides by treating with LiAlH4.
