Abstract
BO33-/ZrO2/Mo-MCM-41(BZ/Mo-MCM-41) molecular sieve was prepared by impregnating Mo-MCM-41 with H3BO3 and Zr(SO4)2. The obtained material was characterized, the results indicated that BZ/Mo-MCM-41 is of typical mesoporous structure and Mo atoms exist on the surface of Mo-MCM-41 in the form of Mo6+. The catalytic properties of BZ/Mo-MCM-41 were investigated in the dimerization of rosin in supercritical CO2(scCO2). The results were compared with those obtained from HY, HZSM-5 and SO42-/ZrO2 as catalysts. It was shown that BZ/Mo-MCM-41 is of better catalytic activity. The effect of preparing conditions on activity of BZ/Mo-MCM-41 was discussed.
