Abstract
Enediyne scaffold - based new chemosensor 1 has been designed and synthesized. The sensor 1 fluorometrically recognizes H2PO4- in CH3CN containing 1% DMSO by exhibiting a ratiometric change in emission upon complexation. The association constant of 1 with H2PO4- was calculated as (3.06 ± 0.6) Ã 104 Mâ1.
