Abstract
N-Benzylnitrones react with heteroaromatic compounds such as pyrroles or furan in the presence of hydrogen chloride. Either heteroaromatic N-benzylhydroxylamines, symmetrical or unsymmetrical 2,2â²-bis(heteroaryl)alkanes could be selectively produced depending on the experimental conditions.
