Abstract

The total synthesis of (−)-Blastmycinolactol, (+)-Blastmycinone, (−)-NFX-2, and (+)-Antimycinone was accomplished in few steps in high yields and ee, starting from enantiomerically enriched (S)-Z-vinylic hydroxytellurides.
