Abstract
Five - and six-membered bicyclic [2.2.n] endoperoxides can readily be transformed into silyl containing endoperoxides in good yield and high stereoselectivity by treatment with allyltrimethylsilane and either TMSOTf or SnCl4 as Lewis acid.
