Abstract
In the presence of Pd2(dba)3-Cy3P catalyst, IPr·HCl salt [IPr = 1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene], and Cs2CO3, N-propargylamides react with allyl carbonates to give 2,5-disubstituted oxazoles having homoallyl groups through the tandem cycloisomerization-allylation.
