Abstract
Base-catalyzed stereospecific anti-Markovnikov addition of dinucleoside (3â²,5â²)-H-phosphonates to the activated alkenes acrylamide and acrylonitrile resulting in the synthesis of P-chiral diastereomerically pure dinucleoside (3â²,5â²)-alkylphosphonates is reported.
