Abstract
A solid-phase synthesis has been developed to make a thymidinyl and 2â²-deoxyuridinyl library starting from 5â²-azidonucleosides using Ugi chemistry in 96-well filter plates. A 1344 member library was synthesized for anti-bacterial screening.
