Abstract
The authors have developed a general and efficient PdCl2(PPh3)2/CuI-catalyzed coupling reaction of ferrocenylethyne with acyl chloride using sodium lauryl sulfate as surfactant and K2CO3 as the base and which leads to the construction of C–C bonds in water. High product yields were obtained.
