Abstract
In this paper, there are two stages of the conductance development: when the irradiation time is less than 30Â min, the samples show very low conductance which increases with the increase of bombardment time in the form of polynomial. As milled longer than 30Â min, a metallic conduction was established and its diffusion obeys the Fick's second law. The in-situ measurement the conductance during irradiation reveals two different ions in the sample: cations (Sr2+) and oxygen vacancies, respectively.
