Abstract
- Highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays were used as carrier for platinum electrodeposition.
- Reductive doping of TNTs greatly increased the conductivity and decreased the charge transfer resistance of TNTs.
- The reductive doping treatment offered great possibility for the growth of Pt nanoparticles in the pore space of TNTs.
- Enhanced electrocatalytic performance was obtained with this Pt/TNTs composite electrode.
