Abstract
- A micro-nano gibbsite film was fabricated on the Al foil via a facile method.
- The obtained film was composed of nano plates of about 30Â nm thickness.
- WCA and CAH of the optimum sample were 164.4° and 3.05°, respectively.
- Taguchi L16 design was used to evaluate and optimize the effective factors.
- Effects of the different modifiers (stearic and palmitic acid) were compared.
