Abstract
- TiO2-reduced graphene oxide-modified carbon paste electrode decorated with DNA.
- The electrochemical DNA biosensor was used for determination of furazolidone.
- The oxidation signals of guanine and adenine were used as probes to study their interaction.
- Furazolidone could be measure as low as 0.5 pmol Lâ1 using differential pulse voltammetry.
- Furazolidone was measured in real samples with satisfactory results.
