Abstract
- Epitaxial films of YNMO were grown on STO(0Â 0Â 1), (0Â 1Â 1) and (1Â 1Â 1).
- Crystalline domains are studied and reported for the first time in this material.
- Epitaxial relationship in YNMO(0Â 0Â 1)/STO(0Â 0Â 1) is found to be considerably different from previous studies.
- The effect of Ni partial substitution on the crystalline properties of epitaxial YMnO3 is studied and tabulated.
- We report a morphological and crystalline characteristics of ferromagnetic Y(Ni0.5Mn0.5)O3 pervoskite.
