Abstract
- A feasible method to immobilized ssDNA on amorphous InGaZnO4 thin film is evaluated with a comparison to ITO.
- The absorption capacity of amorphous InGaZnO4 film to ssDNA is 6.7 times greater than that of ITO.
- Higher DNA affinity of amorphous InGaZnO4 is related to its higher OH- group affinity.
- The result can be applied to transparent thin film transistor biosensor and DNA chips.
