Abstract
- A novel nanocomposite was obtained by coupling TiO2 and Cu2O nanoparticles with RGO.
- The method led to well-dispersed nanoparticles on the RGO nanosheets.
- Small Cu2O nanoparticles with an average diameter of 5Â nm were obtained.
- The final composite enhanced the photoactivity of the separate intermediates.
- Photoelectrochemical experiments confirmed the superiority of TiO2/Cu2O/RGO.
