Abstract
- The effect of anodizing conditions on morphology of AAO layers is studied.
- The anodizing temperature and time do not affect pore spacing and pore density.
- The complex characterization of the nanopore arrangement is presented.
- The best nanopore arrangement is observed at 45Â V.
- No effect of anodizing temperature on the nanopore arrangement is noticed.
