Abstract
The photoluminescent amino acid residue-containing peptides allow fluorescence quenching-based on method to study the thermodynamics of peptide-nanoparticle interaction system. Huge difference existed between two peptides from epitope region and one peptide from non-epitope region of bovine serum albumin binding with amphiphilic polymer coated gold nanoparticles. Beyond mortise-tenon joint model, the high affinity region could initialize and further strengthen physisorption.
