Abstract
The hydroxyl groups on the surface of nano-TiN particles interacted with the silanol groups [SiOCH3] of a F-MCA to form an organic coating layer that hindered the aggregation of the nano-TiN. The obvious agglomeration and homogeneous dispersion can be seen in TEM images.
