Abstract
- Although difficulties related to electrodeposition of Mo films, we have successfully coated onto a cooper substrate.
- A good formation of bcc Mo phase and lattice parameter was very accurate.
- It seems that electrical properties of our samples are good and suitable as back contact for thin film solar cells.
- It seems that grain size, microstrain and dislocation density are all managed and correlated to retain the resistivity to a considerable minimum value.
