Abstract
- ZnO sol-gel was modified for film synthesis in terms of solvent and amino-additive.
- Comparative effects of different amines were studied based on chemical properties.
- Different sol-gel reactions occurred based on different chemical behavior of amines.
- Highly preferred orientation is achieved in MEA and TeA films dried at 300 °C.
- Highest UV absorption was obtained in highly crystalline films of MEA and TeA.
