- ZnO nanorod PL intensity and band position can be fine-tuned by plasma treatment.
- PL intensity variation of the DLE band is related to the concentration change of VO+ and VO.
- Red shift of both G- and Y-bands is observed with O2 plasma treatment.
- PL intensity of ZnO nanorods increases with H2 plasma treatment.
