Abstract
- The average particle size of HMS and PANI/HMS was 35 and 50Â nm, respectively.
- FTIR & XRD confirm that the HMS nano powder is dispersed in the polymer matrix.
- This nanocomposite showed considerable potential for the removal of Ni(II).
- Adsorption process was controlled by Pseudo-second-order model.
- After desorption, adsorbent shows considerable removal efficiency for adsorption.
