Abstract
- Simple and efficient nanoimprinting technique to fabricate two-dimensional nanohole arrays on the polymer surfaces has been proposed.
- The nanoimprinting technique based on the capillary force lithography was successfully applied to PEDOT:PSS surfaces regardless of their composition and grade.
- The nanopatterned polymer layer refracted the incident light, thereby increasing the path lengths and hence leading to enhancement in absorption of the subsequently grown organic thin films.
