Abstract
- We report the epitaxial growth of ZnO nanorods (NRs) on diamond by thermal vapor transport method.
- The epitaxial behaviors of ZnO NRs strongly depend on the selected diamond facets.
- The n-ZnO NR/p-diamond heterojunctions are constructed.
- A negative differential resistance is presented for the junction with degenerated p-type diamond.
