Abstract
- TiO2 nanowire was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.
- The surface passivation of TiO2 nanowire was done by atomic layer deposition of TiO2.
- TiO2 (10Â nm)/TiO2 nanowire showed the highest photoelectrochemical performance.
- Improved electronic conductivity and longer electron life can result in the increase of Jsc.
